A – Personnel providing, or involved in, the provision of assistance to PRMs:
- Cabin crew
- Cockpit crew

B – Personnel in direct contact with the travelling public:
- Services provided off the airport premises by air carriers, travel agents and tour operators (staff of information and reservation services).
The courses for these groups are train-the-trainer courses – the participants are trainers for their colleagues and will learn what they need to teach with regard to PRMs.

All training courses will be finalised with an examination; if passed successfully a PassePartout Training certificate will be issued (valid 1 year).
